Ristorante i Ricchi began offering Thanksgiving Dinner To-Go to highlight the synergy between two beloved cultures. A version of this menu has been served in our Italian American home for generations. Started by my grandmother Amelia, I have been perfecting and preparing it for my own family for more than 40 years. This year you could say I am cooking for just a few more of my "extended" family.
